If I do not accept your insurance, many times insurance companies will reimburse you based on your “Out-Of-Network” plan. I can provide you with a receipt for you to submit to your insurance company as an out-of-network provider. If you are interested in this, please call the number on the back of your insurance card to inquire as each plan is different.
